Shipping and Returns
Your Shipment
Packages are generally shipped out within 1-2 days after the receipt of payment. We always try to ship your purchase as soon as possible. Items on order will be shipped as soon as we receive them.
Most shipments are sent via DHL or FedEx; We do, however, reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice.

We will provide you with a link to track your package online. We send a Tracking Number to the email address from which the payment originated. If you would like us to send your Tracking Number to another email address, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returns on unused (uninstalled) items in their original and undamaged packaging for 30 days after the original purchase date. Please contact us for a return authorization. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued for the value of the item.
