The Torqbyte CM5-MiniOEM lets Water Methanol Kit Integrators leverage Torqbyte’s sophisticated 3D-mapped PWM control and industry-leading TorqTune2 software—the result of extensive development—seamlessly into their own water methanol injection kits and product lines.

It drives one individually-controllable water methanol injection (WMI) pump and up to four individually controllable anti-siphon solenoids, Fast Acting Valves (FAVs), auxiliary high impedance injectors, relays, light indicators, or any combination thereof. The CM5-MiniOEM pump output supplies up to 18A to the connected WMI pump.

CM5-MiniOEM Board

Supplied as an electronic circuit board only. Smaller dimensions and lower cost compared to CM5-LTS. No housing or wiring provided. Minimum order quantity: 12 boards.

CM5-MiniOEM maintains the same Input/Output pinout as the CM5-LTS ensuring full compatibility with the CM5-LTS wiring.

Standard I/O Expansion Module for CM5-LTS

This module plugs into the CM5-LTS wiring and breaks out the following optional signals:

  • CANBus
  • Dash-Mounted LCD Display or Gauge
  • Analog A and B 0-5V Inputs
  • Torqbyte A and B Flow Sensors

Jumpers inside the module can be used to select if the CANBus is locally terminated or not and whether the Flow Sensor or an external 0-5V voltage are fed into the unit's analog inputs. 

I/O Expansion Module is packaged in a durable 2-piece CNC-machined and hard anodized enclosure.

WMI Flow Sensor - Badger Meter

Note: Although it looks the same, the I/O Expansion Module in this kit is not the same as the Standard CM5-LTS I/O Expansion Module (the boards inside are different).

The unterminated Orange wire controls the gauge's dimming function. When connected to +12V the gauge dims. When it's left unconnected the gauge operates at the maximum brightness.

Important: The Terminator Jumper on the back of the gauge must be installed.
