  • Designed for easy Plug-n-Play installation between the factory Low Pressure Fuel Pump (LPFP) controller module (J538) and the fuel sender
  • Eliminates the need to disturb factory wiring when installing a Torqbyte PM3 pump amplifier or a Torqbyte CM5 dual pump controller
  • Compatible with all VAG fuel sending units that use a 5-Pin connector Part No. 1K0 919 231
  • Provides 10AWG high-power wiring to the fuel sender minimizing resistance and line losses
  • Designed in Canada, Made in Germany

The Torqbyte VAG P-n-P adapter is compatible with all VW and Audi models that use a popular 5-pin fuel sender connector VAG Part No. 1K0 919 231. It is designed to be plugged in line between the factory LPFP control module J538 and the fuel sender in order to replace the thin factory 16AWG wires with much larger 10AWG wires for maximum power transfer.

The Torqbyte VAG P-n-P adapter passes through the three fuel level sensor signals and breaks out the fuel pump connections so they can connected directly to the PM3 or the CM5. The other end picks up the drive signals from the factory LPFP control module J538.

To install, lift the black circular fuel sender cover located under the rear seat. Pass the four unterminated wires through the rubber seal (Note: you may not be able to get all four wires through the main opening in the rubber seal and you may have to make a small incision elsewhere on the seal).

Pull the wires all the way through until the two connectors are just below the black circular cover. Plug the factory fuel pump controller J538 connector into the larger (male) connector on the Plug-n-Play adapter and plug the other smaller (female) connector into the fuel sender. Make sure that none of the wires are rubbing against any sharp metal edges and make sure that none of the wires are being pulled tight (i.e. ensure there is some slack). Re-install the black round cover and snap it in place.

Route the four wires towards the location where the PM3 is installed. Trim the four wires to desired length and splice on the Control In and Pump Out pigtails that came with the PM3 kit using the blue and yellow insulating crimp splices that also came with the PM3 kit.
